Deep cleanings can be performed on a monthly, quarterly or one time basis. 

A deep cleaning by us consists of the following:

• Cleaning of interior building structure (walls, ceilings, floors, doors, baseboards, HVAC ducts and vents, interior windows) throughout the entire property

  • Depending on the paint finish of the walls and ceilings, dry or wet cleaning is involved

  • Dry cleaning involves the use of a chemical sponge or soot sponge, a vulcanized natural rubber sponge, that excels in removing smoke, dust, and hair from various types of surfaces and fabrics. 

  • We use our HEPA airscrubbers during deep cleans to ensure any dust we encounter is not just sent across the room but filtered out of the air.

    • In case of heavy odors or a lot of smoke odors we use carbon filters in conjunction with HEPA filters.

• Vacuuming and dry cleaning of all upholstery and furniture

• Cleaning of all kitchen cabinets (interior and exterior)

• Thorough cleaning of all bathrooms

• Any content that is exposed will be cleaned (T.V, computer screens, items on shelves, books, etc)

• Any content that is inside shelves, drawers (excluding clothes, desks can also be cleaned
