How long have you been in business for?

We were founded in 2006 by a cleaning industry veteran. Since then we have performed over 2,100 cleanings all over the NYC metro area.

What other types of work do you do?

Our company is divided into two specialties, property restoration and deep cleaning. Property restoration projects are mostly contracted with insurance companies and involve the cleaning and remediation of properties damaged by water, fire, smoke, sewage, soot, etc. Deep cleanings range from general cleanings, microbial cleanings, post-construction cleanings and can be performed on different property types.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Cleanings range in price but they start at $0.85 per square foot and varies depending on the scope of the cleaning. All materials and equipment is provided by us.
